Preparation

    Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly in the Thermomix.

    In the cleaned mixing bowl, heat the cream, milk, crushed garlic, nutmeg, salt and pepper.

    Butter a gratin dish. Arrange the potatoes in layers. Pour over the hot cream.
