1. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing or using the Kitchenmix website (hereinafter the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Kitchenmix is a community platform that allows users to:

• Share and discover Thermomix®-compatible recipes.
• Plan weekly menus.
• Interact with other cooking enthusiasts.

Thermomix® is a registered trademark of Vorwerk. Kitchenmix is neither affiliated with nor sponsored by Vorwerk.

3. User account

To access certain features (submitting a recipe, commenting, saving plans), you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you certify that you meet the age requirement.

4. User content

By submitting content (recipes, comments, photos) to Kitchenmix, you retain your intellectual property rights. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content as part of the Service.

You agree not to publish content that is:

• Illegal, defamatory, hateful, or pornographic.
• Infringing on another person's intellectual property rights.
• Containing viruses or malicious code.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules without notice.

5. Rules of conduct

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Respect other users (no insults or harassment).
• Not impersonate another person.
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures.
• Not collect other users' data without consent.

6. Moderation

Submitted recipes are reviewed by our team before publication. We strive to process submissions as quickly as possible. You will be notified by email (if enabled) whether your recipe has been approved or rejected.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We may suspend or delete your account in the event of a serious or repeated violation of these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

Kitchenmix is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for indirect damage resulting from use of the Service.

Shared recipes are provided for informational purposes. Always check ingredients and instructions before cooking, taking your allergies and dietary restrictions into account.

9. Intellectual property

Kitchenmix's source code, design, logo, and graphic elements are our exclusive property or are used under license. You may not reproduce them without authorization.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
