Preparation

    Put the duck fat in the bowl. Heat gently.

    Speed 1🌡 80°C5 min

    Submerge the duck legs in the fat. Cook confit at a low temperature.

    Speed 1🌡 80°C90 min

    💡 Slow cooking for at least 90 minutes.

    Remove the legs. Brown Sarladaise potatoes with garlic and parsley in the fat.

    Speed 1🌡 120°C20 min
  4. 4

    Put the legs in the oven for 10 min at 220°C to make them crisp.

    💡 The skin should be golden and crisp.
