Frequently asked questions
Can the orange blossom water be replaced?▾
Yes, with vanilla or finely grated orange or lemon zest.
Why is my brioche dense?▾
Insufficient kneading or too short a rise produces a dense crumb. Wait until the dough has risen noticeably before shaping it.
