Preparation

    Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk. Put the flour, sugar, salt and eggs in the bowl.

    Knead with the dough hook at speed 2 for 10 minutes.

    Add the soft butter in pieces. Continue kneading.

    Cover and leave to rise for 1h30. Knock back and shape. Leave to rise for 45 min. Brush with egg yolk. Bake for 20 min at 180°C.
