Melt the chocolate and butter in the bowl.
Speed 2🌡 50°C⏱ 5 min - 2
Add the eggs and sugar. Mix.
Speed 4⏱ 1 min - 3
Add the cornflour. Mix briefly.
Speed 3⏱ 1 min - 4
Pour into buttered ramekins. Bake for 12 minutes at 200°C.
💡 The centre should still be wobbly.
